To all potential new customers looking book a service for their pet, require a meet and greet with you and your pet(s) at either retreat location or your home, depending on the service you choose, before your first appointment. This meeting allows your pet to become familiar with us and the environment they will be in, while you discuss their care routine to ensure the best experience. If you're ready to get started, please set up your account and follow the instructions to request a meet greet, or reach out to us through the "Conversation" tab in your account to check our availability for your preferred dates and times.

Treat your pet to the premier pet staycation experience.  Separation anxiety will melt away with calming smells and sounds upon their arrival. They will enjoy unlimited, private yard time in a secure oasis and have an itinerary crafted to their individual care routines and needs.  Field trips may be included in your pet's itinerary at no additional charge.  Baths are included for stays over 5 days (however, dogs must be clean upon arrival).  

*A second pet can be booked for an additional $40 per day. Please inquire about rate and availability of boarding more than two pets.

Give your cat or small pet the ultimate staycation experience! Upon arrival, calming scents and sounds will help ease any separation anxiety. They’ll have their own room with a secure, enclosed deck patio for fresh air and nature sounds, along with a personalized itinerary tailored to their specific care routines and needs. 
*A second cat can be added for an extra $20 per day. Please ask about rates and availability for boarding more than two cats.
 

Arrange as many check-in visits throughout the day as your pet requires for proper feeding, potty breaks, and, most importantly, cuddles. This service also includes collecting mail/newspapers, watering plants, and managing garbage bins for pickup days, and can be tailored to your pet's specific needs (such as administering medication, walks, or special diets).

*An extra fee of $5 will apply for each additional per visit.

Schedule as many check-in visits during the day that your pet needs to be properly fed, have potty breaks and, most importantly, for cuddles.  This visit also includes bringing in any mail /newspapers, watering plants, taking garbage bins in or out for pickup days and can be customized to the needs of your pet (i.e., administering medication, walks, special diets, etc.).

This service is available for when you want to drop your pet at THE Resort for up to 8 hours during the day or if you want to add this to another service, such as, early drop off for overnight boarding or daycare with an excursion.  The four-hour time block is flexible for morning, noon or night to fit your needs. . $40 for additional pet.

This service is available for when you want to drop your pet at THE Resort daycare for up to 4 hours during the day or if you want to add this to another service, such as, early drop off for overnight boarding.  The four-hour time block is flexible for morning, noon or night to fit your needs. $20 for additional pet.

This offering is "almost" an overnight service, featuring a two-hour evening visit for dinner, potty breaks, and exercise before bedtime, along with a one-hour visit the following morning. We also accommodate extra needs, such as collecting mail, managing trash cans on collection day, and watering plants. Please note that the pet sitter does not stay overnight. The 3-hours for this service can be allocated differently or combined with extra drop-in visits or a daytime excursion to fit your needs. An additional pet incurs a fee of $35.

Looking to give your dog more than just a regular potty walk? Consider a hiking adventure on a scenic trail or coastline, a socially engaging day of errands in dog- friendly locations, or a delightful road trip to farmlands for foraging. This activity promotes both exercise and social well-being, leaving your dog blissfully tired, mentally stimulated and ready to relax back at home. Water and paw wipe down are included, and you can combine this with other services. An additional $50 applies for a second pet.

This service can be combined with any other offering for when they need a basic grooming service but don't have the time. However, this service is complimentary and included for dog boarding stays of 5 days or longer, as needed. Please note: All pets should be clean upon arrival at THE Retreat for Pets. A charge will be applied to the boarding service for any pet that arrives with visible dirt or noticeable odor at drop-off.

Introducing our pet massage service, designed to provide comfort and relaxation for your furry friend during their stay with us. This soothing treatment helps alleviate stress for pets boarding away from home, eases discomfort from health issues, and enhances their overall experience. Our skilled team ensures that each massage is tailored to your dog's needs, promoting relaxation and well-being. Treat your pet to this additional service and watch them thrive in our care!

This service can be combined with our boarding or daycare options if you wish to have your pet picked up and dropped off at your home. Your furry friend will be transported in a clean, safe, and climate-controlled vehicle. Transportation is included with any excursion purchase. The cost begins at $50 for a round trip of 20 miles, with an additional charge of $1 for each mile beyond that.
